1. Summary

Kameow LLC collects as little personal data as it can, uses it only for the reason you gave it to us, and never sells it. This policy covers our websites, our client services and KachaBooth.

2. What we collect

• Sales and contact forms, and email: your name, email address, phone number and company if you give them, and your message.
• Clients: billing contact details, contracts, invoices, and the information needed to deliver the work.
• kachabooth.com accounts: the email address you sign in with, and the frames you submit with their review status.
• Server logs: IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use it

• To reply to you and prepare proposals.
• To deliver, bill and support the services you have hired us for.
• To run kachabooth.com accounts and review submitted frames.
• To keep our services secure and meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.

4. Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, who may use it only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare: hosting of this website, and delivery of contact-form messages to our sales inbox.
• Amazon Web Services: hosting, storage and sign-in for kachabooth.com.
• Microsoft: business email.
• Our payment processor (being set up) and our bank (account being opened): invoices and payments.
• Our accountant (being appointed): bookkeeping and tax filing.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

Our websites use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies. If we ever add advertising or analytics, we will update this policy before it goes live.

6. Storage & security

Data is stored with Amazon Web Services (region being set up). This website is served by Cloudflare, which processes server logs and passes contact-form messages to our email; the messages are not stored on the website. Our team in Taiwan may access it to provide our services. Access is limited to the people who need it, storage is private by default, and connections are encrypted. We keep business records for as long as tax and legal rules require, and delete other data when it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing privacy@kameow.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR may give you further rights, and we honor them.

8. Children

Our websites and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes & contact

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above, and tell account holders about material changes by email.
